 How high are the delivery costs?

When will I receive my order?

The estimated delivery date for your order is provided in your confirmation email.

Each product's estimated dispatch date is available on its respective product page on our website. Delivery is typically estimated to take between 7-15 days.

Please be aware that our parcels are dispatched from various global warehouses. Consequently, parcel processing and shipping are not affected by public holidays. Additionally, our customer care team remains accessible during Czech Republic holidays.


My parcel has disappeared. What should I do?

Please verify the status of your order again through your order confirmation. If the status indicates "Delivered," you should have received a notification card from the delivery service. It's possible that your parcel was delivered to a neighbor.

Should your order remain undelivered, kindly reach out to us via the contact form. We are committed to locating your parcel and, if necessary, we will get in touch with the delivery service to initiate an investigation.


My parcel arrived damaged. What should I do?

We apologize if your parcel was damaged during shipping.



Were any items inside the parcel damaged?


Please photograph any damage to the parcel's exterior and any damage to the items immediately. It's important to retain both the damaged goods and the parcel, as they are necessary for the compensation claim.
Report the damage at the provided link.



Are the contents of your order intact?


If the damage is limited to the packaging and you wish to return an item, feel free to use alternative packaging for the return.

Should the parcel arrive with visible damage, opt to accept it with reservations and sign accordingly. If this option isn't available, please refuse the delivery.

Our delivery services always try to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Nevertheless, please understand that there may be delays in delivery from time to time, mostly due to weather or traffic conditions.



Customs Clearance

VAT is included in the total purchasing price. This means that orders that are delivered to countries do not incur any additional fees.
